HVAC Support Technician
This position will provide service and support to customers with an emphasis on technical inquiries. You will instruct customers on the proper application, selection and installation of a variety of venting and ventilation products. This position will also assist in customer support through planned and pro-active customer follow-up.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and e-mailed inquiries about product selection, application and troubleshooting product.
General customer service and support of inquiries involving Purchase Orders.
Pro-active customer service and support follow-up.
Monitor industry chat rooms and respond to relevant topics and issues.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Solid math skills with the ability to establish factors and numerical data
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High School Diploma
2 or more years education or experience in HVAC or electrical Preferred
