Start Monday offers highly specialized candidate who are able to step into challenging positions, both short and long-term, and make immediate contribution. Start Monday provides full reference checking, drug-screen and background screening prior to start of work. Contract workers are paid weekly and time/services are billed to client on a monthly basis. Start Monday carries all workers-compensation coverage, general liability insurance and manages all payroll liabilities.
Direct Hire Placement
Start Monday consistently recruits to maintain a strong pipeline of talent for permanent/direct-hire referral. Candidates who best match skill needs and organizational fit are referred for interview and direct placement. Start Monday offers an affordable rate of only 10-15% of annual salary -- due when the candidate is employed. A money-back guarantee (or complimentary replacement) is offered for up to 90 working-days. A 50% discount is offered should a replacement be needed after 90 working days ( for up to 1 calendar year). Start Monday offers full reference-checking, drug screening and background screen on final candidates prior to job offer.
Contract to Perm Placement
Start Monday is happy to offer candidates who are well-suited to a permanent position but are able to begin immediately on contract. Candidates remain on Start Monday payroll for 90 working days until such time they are released to client at no addition charge/fee.
